Kasia joined the Burness creative team as a graphic designer in February 2018 after graduating from James Madison University with a B.F.A. in graphic design and a minor in studio art. At Burness, she works with a variety of clients on many kinds of projects ranging from print and digital to branding.
While at James Madison University, she was involved with the university chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), where she volunteered, participated in community events and mentored other design students. Eventually, she progressed to the role of president, and she excelled in the management and engagement with other students, led executive and general meetings, and strategized new ideas for community engagement with her team members.
In her leisure time, Kasia enjoys reading, candle-making and dancing. Currently, her favorite book is “Born a Crime” by Trevor Noah, which she thinks has the “perfect consolidation of education and humor.”
